GenuTrain

The new generation with visco-elastic Omega pad. If your knee feels weak, is swollen or painful, the GenuTrain knee support can help you. It relieves pain, stabilizes the joint and helps to achieve faster mobilization. The GenuTrain is the original functional knee support and has undergone continuous further development since it was launched onto the market in 1981. The new generation with the Omega pad, a new functional cushion around the kneecap, is once again setting new standards. Further improvements have been made to the support, with the result that it is now better than ever at relieving pain and stabilizing the joint.

GenuTrain P3

GenuTrain P3 relieves pain caused by misalignment of the kneecap (patellar lateralization), anterior knee pain (patellofemoral pain syndrome) or pain associated with patellar tip syndrome. The active support, with its two integral massage pads and an adjustable corrective strap, holds the kneecap securely in a natural, central position, activates the musculature and thus speeds up the healing process.

GenuTrain A3

The GenuTrain A3 comfort support is suitable for treating various types of knee complaints: e.g. osteoarthritis, irritated knee joint, complex knee pain or misalignment of the kneecap (pa-tellar lateralization). Thanks to the anatomically shaped pad integrated in the elastic knit fabric (elastic pressure pad), the support gives the joint and muscles a targeted, healing intermittent compression massage on every movement.

GenuTrain S

The GenuTrain S active support with lateral joint splints supports the knee joint for indications of slight instability, arthritis or osteoarthritis of the knee. An integral, ringshaped pressure cushion (pad) surrounds the kneecap, while the interplay of the knit and the pad provides intermittent compression massage, thereby activating the musculature and stimulating the healing process. The combination of joint bars and a strap system in the GenuTrain S provides added passive support for the knee.

GenuTrain S Pro

The lateral splints on the GenuTrain S Pro active support have adjustable hinges. Together with two inelastic straps on the upper and lower leg, they keep the knee joint secure during movement. Depending on how the hinges are set, the splints can be used to restrict and flexion and extension angle of the leg. This restriction of movement helps to correct incorrect movements and protects the knee during certain phases of treatment.

GenuLoc

If the knee has to be temporarily immobilized following injury or surgery, the GenuLoc knee orthosis guarantees the stability needed for this. A padded aluminum bar immobilizes the leg at a preset knee flexion angle. Lateral Velcro straps allow the orthosis to be adapted to any leg circumference.

SofTec Genu

SofTec® Genu is a multifunctional support for stabilization of the knee. It is used, for example,in cases of torn ligaments, collateral ligament injury, arthritis or in sports therapy. Its construction combines: stability and control provided by fixed joint splints, healing massage provided by a pad on the kneecap and maximum wearing comfort thanks to the anatomically shaped, breathable SofTec® vector-oriented knitted fabric.

SecuTec Genu

A torn ligament, collateral ligament injury or operation on the meniscus can mean that the knee joint needs to be stabilized from outside for a period of time. SecuTec® Genu is a lightweight but sturdy knee orthosis, designed to fit the anatomy of the leg. It is easy to put on and take off, fits perfectly and is very comfortable to wear.

MOS Genu

After surgery to correct misalignments (bowleg or knock knee), the removal of a meniscus or following cruciate or collateral ligament injuries, the MOS Genu® can be used to stabilize the leg or to provide targeted partial relief for it. The orthosis comprises an aluminum frame with optimally adjustable joints, straps and special skin-friendly cushions which compensate for swelling in the knee joint region. The frame design is available as either a standard length or a long version.

MyoTrain

The breathable MyoTrain active support offers an enhanced alternative to taping for muscle injuries to the thigh and hamstrings, such as muscle fiber tears or pulls, myosclerosis or bruising. The special combination of knit, strap system and two different visco-elastic pressure cushions (pads), which can be added or removed as required, allows swelling to subside more quickly and accelerates the healing process.

SofTec OA

For an indication of knee arthrosis (medial osteoarthritis of the knee) or following injury of the inner meniscus, the SofTec® OA multifunctional orthosis stabilizes and relieves pressure on the affected area, while simultaneously permitting muscle play. The orthosis consists of a flexible knit and strap system with an integral functional element comprising anatomically contoured shells, pressure cushions (pads) and an air bladder system that can be filled or emptied as required.

SofTec Coxa

The multi-functional orthosis SofTec Coxa stabilizes the hip joint, for example after total hip replacement or femoral-head resection. It prevents dislocation of the hip joint by restricting its radius of movement with a special monocentric joint. SofTec Coxa can also be adjusted on a supine patient. The multi-functional orthosis can be used on the left or right-hand side or on both sides.
